Already paid, or shared your details?
This happens to careful people. Take these steps in order. TulaSwan is not saying anything about this seller — many problems are delays or misunderstandings; some are deliberate.
- If you shared an OTP, PIN, card or bank details: call your bank now on the number printed on your card or in its official app, and ask them to block the card or account.
- Keep everything: amount, date, time, transaction ID, seller name, messages and screenshots. Don't delete anything.
- Don't pay anyone who offers to "recover" your money for a fee.
- Use the official channel below that matches what happened.
Official channels
- National Cybercrime Helpline 1930 and cybercrime.gov.in ↗
If money was taken through online cheating: call 1930 or report on the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre, Ministry of Home Affairs).
Limit: Complaints are handled by State/UT police. Reporting quickly helps, but recovery is not guaranteed.

- National Consumer Helpline 1915 ↗
For a problem with a product or service (refund, delivery, terms not honoured): call 1915 (daily except national holidays, 8 am–8 pm), SMS 8800001915, or register online (Department of Consumer Affairs).
Limit: It helps you raise a grievance with the business; it is not a court and cannot order a refund by itself.
