How TulaSwan works, and its limits
Confidence should come from an open method, a way to correct mistakes and clearly stated limits — not from a single number.
What TulaSwan checks
- Three separate checks that are never merged into one number: how the offer is presented (sales tactics and pressure), whether it fits the needs you choose to tell us, and what the seller and transaction details show.
- Every finding points to the exact words in the text you supplied. If the words can't be found, the finding is dropped.
What it does not establish
- It never gives a verdict on the seller or on whether something is legal.
- A sales technique on its own is not proof of anything wrong — well-meaning sellers use the same techniques.
- It cannot see images, the seller's real stock, or anything you didn't paste or type.
- It is not financial, legal or medical advice.
How the sums work
- Every rupee figure is worked out by TulaSwan's own written rules, never by the AI.
- An amount the offer doesn't state stays "unknown" — it is never treated as ₹0, and unknown parts are never added into a total.
Where the AI fits
- After you agree, the text you supplied (with phone numbers and emails removed) is sent to one pinned AI model for a preliminary reading. It runs under fixed instructions: facts and exact quotes only, no verdicts.
- AI results are labelled "Preliminary check — not reviewed by a human". There is no human reviewer for guest checks today.
How research is reviewed
- Explanations of sales tactics come from research records. A person with the reviewer role must approve each record, with its source passage and checked date, before buyers see it. Unapproved drafts are never shown as fact.
- Old records are retired, not deleted, so changes can be traced.
How to correct a result
- On your result, each card has "Correct this". Your correction is saved beside the original — the original is kept, not overwritten.
- You can edit or delete your own answers at any time, and delete the whole check.
When to get human or professional help
- Large or long commitments (loans, property, insurance, investments): talk to a qualified, registered professional.
- If you have already paid or shared card, OTP or bank details: see "Already paid or shared details?".
